Who said that the religious ones have to be the whole day praying in the Church? Why cannot they be fashionable like the rest of the women? In fact, surely they can. But we must confess that when we think about clothes and accessories fashion not precisely we refer to the religious habits that the nuns dress.
The designer Victoria Andreyanova came for revertir this situation and presented his collection inspired by the typical clothing of the nuns. Although only it had the good intention of introducing and of proposing something different, the polemic on the exhibition of religious clothes in the footbridges was not late in appearing.
Since it is a question of something so personal and deprived like the religion, many persons felt it like a "mockery" and they have not liked for anything the revolutionary idea of disguising the nuns' models. Anyway, the Russian nuns said that they do not find anything of villain in taking to the religion as inspiration source.
The designs of religious habits of Andreyanova arise from the traditional outfits of the convents and present before themselves in the footbridges with a little more of style and elegance. Nevertheless, it clarified that, obviously, his collection is not directed for the nuns but to the public in general.
